Shipping policy

The House of VORÁLUX ships all orders with the same discipline we apply to our atelier: calm, deliberate, and precise. The details below govern how your pieces travel from our House to yours.

Processing time

Each order is reviewed and confirmed before it leaves the atelier. Standard processing time is typically 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During capsule unveilings or limited releases, processing times may extend.

Shipping methods & carriers

We partner with trusted carriers for domestic and international shipments. Available shipping methods and estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on destination, service level, and order value. From time to time, the House may offer complimentary shipping as a discretionary courtesy for specified regions or order thresholds.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipment has been released to the carrier.

International shipments

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, taxes, and fees may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processes may extend delivery times beyond the estimates provided at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping details are complete and accurate at the time of order. The House is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your shipment appears significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact the House promptly with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, offer a resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
